Terms of Service

Crewline connects to your CRM, reads your customers, jobs and team, and sends follow up text messages on your behalf after work is completed. It reads your public website to learn about your business. It never writes anything back to your CRM.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

This section matters more than the rest. We send messages on your behalf under our own carrier registration, so your conduct affects every other business on the platform.

• You will only message people who gave you their number for this purpose, in the course of doing business with you.
• You will not use the service for marketing to people who have not agreed to receive it.
• You will not send content that is prohibited by carriers, including anything relating to adult content, hate, alcohol, firearms or tobacco.
• You will keep your contact records accurate, and honour requests to stop.
• You will not use the service to impersonate another business.

Opt outs are handled automatically. Replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT stops messages to that number immediately, and we treat a contact with no consent setting as opted out.

We apply per account sending limits, and we may suspend an account immediately, without notice, if its messaging puts the platform or other customers at risk. That includes a sudden unexplained increase in volume, a high rate of opt outs or spam complaints, or any breach of the section above. We will tell you why and work with you to resolve it.

Where we provide a phone number, we obtain and maintain it on your behalf and it remains registered to us. If you close your account, the number is not transferred to you. If you bring your own messaging account, you remain responsible for its registration and its costs.

Messages are written by an AI following the mission, procedure and questions you configure. You are responsible for what you instruct it to do and for reviewing what it sends. Every teammate is created switched off, so nothing is sent until you turn it on. We do not guarantee that any individual message will be worded exactly as you would word it.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Message delivery depends on mobile carriers and is outside our control. A message accepted by the carrier is not a guarantee it was received.

Fees are as agreed when you sign up. Message costs are included in your plan unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

You may close your account at any time. We may end this agreement if you breach these terms. On closure we delete your data, including contacts, messages and configuration.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business arising from undelivered messages.
